"At the end of each class, we were given hand outs for the different massage strokes that we had learned in the class that day-and at the beginning of each new class, we were given time to review or ask questions about the lesson from the previous week. I feel like massage time with my daughter is such a wonderful chance to bond and have uninterrupted relaxation time. I have used many of the techniques that I've learned in Sylvia's class to help calm my daughter when she is uncomfortable and having tummy issues."
